BEST FLOORING RETAILER!

Very happy with our vinyl plank flooring! Bruce was our salesman and he was friendly and very informative on flooring selections.Our installer Virgil was fantastic. Keeping me posted as he went through every process of removal and installing my new kitchen flooring yet working very efficiently and professionally! Cleaned up after himself. A really nice guy! Felt very comfortable with him being in my home.I will come back to Carpetland for future purchases.

Excellent work! My wife and I had been shopping for flooring for our home on and off for about 6 months before we walked into the doors of Carpetland. We were immediately greeted by a very enthusiastic salesmen who really seemed to know what he was talking about when it came to the flooring we were searching for. He worked hard at helping us with our every need throughout the entire process. The installers were very polite and moved out the large furniture my wife would never have been able to lift. They were able to get the job done swiftly and we were walking around on our new hardwood floors within no time. I am very happy with my experience at Carpetland. My husband and I had been shopping for carpet for our house for a long time and the original store that we went to said they could not get the carpet we loved for 3 weeks and there was nothing they could do. Something about “production” and “back orders”. We stopped by Carpetland one day and they had the same carpet. The salesman that helped us made a few phone calls and was able to get us our carpet and installed in one week!!!!! Everything was installed and turned out wonderful. We are so excited every time we walk into our house to see our new carpet. It’s amazing what a little time and dedication can do for a customer. We had a wonderful experience with Carpetland USA! When we first went into the store looking to re-carpet our entire house…the salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us several options that fit our needs and budget.  The guys that came to the house to install the carpet were awesome. They moved all the furniture with no hassle on our end at all! They were friendly and efficient…and even completed the job ahead of schedule. I came home and was ecstatic to find the furniture moved back in place and all of the old carpeting was gone! I feel like I am in a brand new house. I LOVE my new carpet!
